Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, for what reason his Department no longer allows midwives and health visitors to issue Healthy Start scheme vouchers; and if he will make an assessment of the impact of that policy on the rate of uptake of that scheme.

Midwives and health visitors did not issue Healthy Start vouchers.
