Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether people who are eligible for the Healthy Start scheme and do not have a bank account can benefit from that scheme.

The Healthy Start benefit is provided through a pre-paid card, which is unconnected to a bank account.
