Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will review the operation of the Healthy Start programme, in order to help ensure that everyone who is eligible for the scheme receives the payments to which they are entitled.

The NHS Business Services Authority has digitised the Healthy Start scheme to assist families to apply for, receive and use the benefits.
