To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, if he will publish any guidance issued to departments on producing internal Outcome Delivery Plans.

As part of this year’s Spending Review, we committed to a new planning and performance framework by the Autumn Budget. This will confirm our approach to how departments should plan and manage performance in the future.
