Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what the average time is between referrals to the NHS vaccination data resolution service and successful contact with the patient.
This question was answered on 21st January 2022
The information requested is not held centrally. Vaccine data inaccuracy issues are handled by teams at regional and local level. However, the Vaccine Data Resolution Service aims to respond to initial contacts from patients within 21 days.
