Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many and in which countries British military personnel were embedded in (a) each of the last five years and (b) 2015 to date.
This question was answered on 7th September 2015
Given the routine nature of embedding, this information has not been coordinated centrally. We are now in the process of collecting data on personnel embedded in other nations' armed forces, and I will write to the hon. Member in due course.
