Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, when he plans to respond the consultation on reforms to leasehold properties and flats.

We are currently analysing the feedback received to the ‘Moving to Commonhold: banning leasehold for new flats’ consultation and will publish our response in due course.
