Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether he has made representations to his overseas counterparts on accelerating transnational defence programmes as a result of the covid-19 pandemic.

The Ministry of Defence has engaged with international partners on our military capability programmes throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Discussions have focused on maintaining programmes and managing the implications of the pandemic and minimising its impact on our programmes, including on the supply chain.
