Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will make an assessment of the potential merits of withdrawing Sections 19 and 22 exemptions for schools.

We are not currently planning to revise Transport Act legislation in relation to the section 19 and 22 permit schemes.
