Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether his Department plans to continue to use the terminology in the water as a milestone in capability for naval vessels.

The point in time at which a vessel under construction is first afloat has traditionally been regarded as a significant milestone and remains so.
