Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether the Prime Minister sought advice from the Independent Adviser on Ministers’ Interests on the receipt of donations from David Kogan prior to his appointment as the Independent Football Regulator Chair.

I refer the Hon Member to the Prime Minister’s letter to the Independent Adviser for Ministerial Standards, published on 12 November.
