What plans he has to expand the UK diplomatic network.

The FCO is undergoing the largest expansion of its network for a generation. This will deliver on three priorities: Global Britain, EU Exit and an uplift to the Africa network. By 2020, we will have over 1000 new staff positions in London and overseas. We are opening or upgrading 14 new Posts and the UK will have a presence in all Commonwealth countries in Africa and a new Permanent Representative to ASEAN.
