FCDO Ministers and officials are in regular contact with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) and the World Health Organisation on the health situation in Gaza. We trebled our aid commitment this financial year and have been delivering life saving supplies for Gaza, including medical items and supporting partners working in the health sector. The UK has also funded an experienced epidemiologist who is assisting UNRWA on disease surveillance.
