Question to the Ministry of Justice:
Whether there are plans to review sentencing guidelines for rape committed by people under 18.

Sentencing guidelines are not set by the Ministry of Justice. They are set by the independant Sentencing Council.
I can however confirm, new guidelines on sentencing under 18s for sexual offences came into effect in June.
