Question to the Wales Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, what recent assessment he has made of the potential effect on the economy in Wales of upgrading the M4 relief road.

This Government has underwritten Welsh Government borrowing powers of up to £500 million to help deliver vital improvements to Welsh infrastructure, particularly the M4. Upgrading the route has been identified by businesses and commuters as a priority for decades. It is time for work to begin.
