Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, how many staff his Department intends to hire for the new Digital ID policy directorate; and what the total annual budget for that division is.

The digital ID policy team is in the process of being established. The staffing and budget will be considered as part of the Cabinet Office Business Plan in the normal way.
