What recent assessment he has made of the capacity of the civil service to manage additional responsibilities arising from the UK leaving the EU.

The Government is equipping itself with the right people and the right skills for the UK to make an orderly and successful exit from the European Union. There are almost 9,000 people now working on EU exit related policy and programmes across government.
