What assessment he has made of the potential effect of independent regulation on the conduct of rogue bailiffs.

We have launched a call for evidence on enforcement agents, which seeks views on the need for an independent regulator. The call for evidence closes on 17 February. We shall consider the need for further reform in the light of that evidence.
