Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps her Department is taking to improve response times to Subject Access Requests from people who have applied to have their No Recourse Public Fund conditions lifted.

The department is currently meeting the statutory timescales for completing SARs.
