Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of offenders who re-offended or breached their licence and who were liable to be recalled were not recalled in each of the last three years.

We do not hold the information requested centrally and it could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
