All licensed train operators are required to establish and comply with a Disabled Person’s Protection Policy which sets out the level of services and facilities available to disabled passengers and those with reduced mobility, how to arrange staff assistance, and how to get help if things do go wrong.

Train operators and Network Rail recently committed to a minimum six month formal trial of Turn Up and Go in London at a limited number of stations, which launched on 11th May 2015. Once complete, we look forward to the formal assessment of this trial.
