Children under 18 years old are exempt from certification in England. Fully vaccinated individuals aged 16 years old and over can access their NHS COVID Travel Pass via NHS.UK or the NHS App. The travel NHS COVID Pass letter is now available to people over the age of 12 years old who are fully vaccinated, including clinically vulnerable children. A digital solution for 12 to 15 year olds to access their NHS COVID Pass is expected in early 2022.
