Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the Prime Minister's statement of 7 September 2015, how many of the at least six attempted terrorist attacks in the UK within the last 12 months were halted by drone strikes.

As the Prime Minister stated on 7 September 2015 the police and security services have stopped at least six different attempts to attack the UK in the last 12 months. We cannot comment further on these sensitive operations.
