Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will widen the planned review of poor departmental practice with regards to safety measures in testing environments, to include other programmes besides AJAX.

The follow-on review into Ajax will ensure that lessons are identified for the Department to learn. The scope of the review will be finalised once a senior legal figure has been appointed to lead it.
