Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when he plans to respond to the Bellamy review into the future of legal aid.
This question was answered on 5th January 2022
The Secretary of State and I are currently considering Sir Christopher’s recommendations. The MOJ aims to publish the government’s response by the end of March 2022.
