In 2016, there were 28 convictions in England and Wales under the Psychoactive Substances Act. Data on Psychoactive Substances prosecutions can be found on https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/criminal-justice-system-statistics-quarterly-december-2016.

The information requested for those offences involving nitrous oxide is not held centrally and could not be obtained without incurring disproportionate cost.
