Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether he plans to examine the use of NDAs put in place by his Department during the tender for the Fleet Solid Support Ship contract.

There are no plans to examine the use of non-disclosure agreements in the Fleet Solid Support ship competition.
