Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when his Department's response to the Domestic Abuse Commissioner’s report entitled Everyday Business: Addressing domestic abuse and continuing harm through a family court review and reporting mechanism, published on 15 October 2025, will be published.

The Government welcomes the publication of the Domestic Abuse Commissioner’s report “Everyday Business: Addressing domestic abuse and continuing harm through a family court review and reporting mechanism.”

We are carefully considering the recommendations made in the report and we expect to publish a full response in the coming weeks.
