Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what assessment he has made of the effect of proposed court closures on access to justice for low income families.

No decision has been taken to close any court.

We will consider all identified impacts once the current consultation closes and all responses have been fully analysed.
