Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what estimate he has made of the number of subsequent offences committed by defendants on bail while awaiting trial for rape in each police force area in each year since 2017.

This data requires linking Police National Computer data with courts data as well as a manual search, and would therefore be of disproportionate costs.
