Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether his Department holds any records of a formal complaint being made about the conduct of the Rt. Hon. Member for Esher and Walton.

The Prime Minister has appointed Adam Tolley KC to conduct an independent investigation into formal complaints that have been received. As set out in the investigation’s Terms of Reference, one formal complaint made on 15 November originates from the Ministry of Justice. The department holds records relating to the formal complaint made on 15 November.
