Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask Her Majesty's Government how many sockets did not fit amputees following the NHS casting process and needed to be discarded in (1) 2013, (2) 2014, (3) 2015, (4) 2016, and (5) 2017; and how much this cost the NHS in each of those years.
