Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask Her Majesty's Government why there has been a delay in their publication of the next edition of the review of compliance with the Sino-British Declaration on Hong Kong.

The Foreign Secretary confirmed to Parliament on 26 September that the next Hong Kong Six Monthly Report will be published shortly and by November at the latest. The short delay to publication is due to the fast moving events in Hong Kong. The last Six Monthly Report to Parliament was published on 27 March 2019.
