To ask Her Majesty’s Government when they plan to publish the final report on the review of the enforcement of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 in respect of copycat packaging.
This question was answered on 23rd September 2015
We intend to publish the Report in the next few weeks.
