Question
To ask Her Majesty’s Government when they expect to publish their response to the consultation on the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 regarding misleadingly similar packaging.
This question was answered on 1st October 2015
We will announce the Government’s response when we publish the Report on the consultation in the next few weeks.
