Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government when they intend to come forward with legislation to enshrine the rights of victims of crime.
This question was answered on 26th October 2015
As per my statement to the House on 22 October 2015, we have committed to introduce measures to increase further the rights of victims of crime and we will publish more detail in due course.
