Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government how many prisoners serving indeterminate sentences, other than sex offenders, have been waiting for courses for (1) more than two years, (2) more than one year, and (3) more than six months.

NOMS does not have any centrally held data on how many prisoners serving indeterminate sentences, other than sex offenders, have been waiting for courses for (1) more than two years, (2) more than one year, and (3) more than six months. This could only be obtained by requesting it from individual establishments which would entail disproportionate cost.
