Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they plan to review the decision to abolish paper tax discs for vehicles, following publication of data showing an increase in the number of untaxed vehicles.
This question was answered on 7th December 2017
There are no plans to review the decision to abolish paper tax discs for vehicles, as more than 98% of motorists license their vehicles correctly.
