Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Faulks on 10 June (HL23), what assessment they have made of the effect of the increase in employment tribunal fees on the number of claims being brought.

On 11 June 2015 the Government announced a review of the introduction of fees in the Employment Tribunal.
