Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they plan to incorporate access targets from the NHS Constitution into the performance ratings of NHS Trusts that are produced by the Care Quality Commission.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has provided the following response:
The CQC already reports on access targets under the key inspection question: ‘are they responsive to people’s needs’. The CQC runs analysis on these indicators to support its monitoring, inspection and ratings of this key question.
