Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they have responded to a letter sent to the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Prisons and Probation on 17 January by the Prisoner Learning Alliance in relation to their decision not to extend its contract for in-custody provision.

Yes. My Ministerial colleague, Rory Stewart OBE, MP, Minister of State for Justice, replied to Professor Schuller’s letter on Wednesday 21 February.
