We recognise how important it is for prisoners to maintain ties with their families. We publish this information on the Prison Finder page for each prison at Gov.uk , and is as follows:

For HMP Berwyn:

Train: There are two local train stations. Wrexham General and Wrexham Central.

Bus: There is a limited bus service to Bridge Road operating from Wrexham Bus Station on King Street LL11 1LF.

For the HMPs Featherstone and Oakwood:

Train: Nearest Railway Station is Wolverhampton, complete rest of journey by bus

Bus: No 872 bus from Wolverhampton, No 70 bus from outside University of Wolverhampton or Community bus service - 0800 316 9048.

For HMP Brinsford

Train: The nearest rail station is Wolverhampton.

Bus: A bus service runs between Wolverhampton and Cannock (874), The bus station is situated immediately outside the railway station. Any visitors arriving by bus will need to book the second visits session. There is no public bus service on a Sunday.
