Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what conditions for which there is a high probability that the foetus will die at, during, or shortly after delivery due to serious foetal anomaly are unable to be identified before 24 weeks gestation.

The Department does not maintain a list of fetal anomalies that cannot be identified before 24 weeks gestation.
