Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government to which UN committees and agencies they will nominate candidates in the coming year.

Her Majesty's Government has nominated two candidates for UN appointments to be decided in the coming year. These are Dr David Nabarro standing for Director General at the World Health Organisation; and Sir Christopher Greenwood, standing for re-election as a judge at the International Courts of Justice.
