Railways: Timetables

Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask Her Majesty's Government when they expect rail companies to return to the 12-week deadline for publishing accurate advance timetables.

As Network Rail have made clear, the industry is making temporary changes to the advanced availability of final timetables for approximately six months from 20 May onwards. The Office of Rail and Road, in their role as the independent regulator, will be monitoring progress against their proposed recovery plan.
