The Government published the Integrated Communities Strategy Green Paper on 14th March. This includes proposals on the future of refugee integration.

It sets out the Government’s intention to work with civil society to increase the integration support available to refugees; and to build on understanding of what works to further develop the support for refugees on employment, mental health, English language and cultural orientation. Consultation on the Green Paper closes on 5th June and development of these proposals will take the responses into account.
