Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what financial resources have been allocated to the Future Homes Task Force from (1) 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020, and (2) 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021.

The Future Homes Taskforce has been set up by the Home Builders Federation to provide sector leadership on climate change issues for housing. The Taskforce will produce a report later this year which will be sent to Government Ministers for consideration. No funding has been requested or allocated to their work although officials from No 10, BEIS, MHCLG and HMT are working with the Home Builders Federation to help inform industry’s discussions.
