Question to the Home Office:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what steps they have taken to address the statelessness of Hajer Sayed Ahmed Alwadaei, the daughter of Bahraini human rights defender Sayed Ahmed Alwadaei; and whether the Home Office has processed Sayed Alwadaei’s application for Indefinite Leave to Remain.

The Home Office does not routinely comment on individual cases. . Applications received by the Home Office are considered on their own merits in accordance with the Immigration Rules and Home Office policy.
