European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Bill

"My hon. Friend makes the point that I am trying to make: if the Government are committed to this, why are they not putting it in the Bill?

Last September’s UN climate action summit delivered a boost in momentum, co-operation and ambition, but as the UN Secretary-General said:

Wednesday 11th March 2015

Asked by: Debbie Abrahams (Labour - Oldham East and Saddleworth)

Question to the Northern Ireland Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, what steps the Government is taking to tackle youth unemployment in Northern Ireland.

Answered by Andrew Murrison

Recent figures show youth unemployment in Northern Ireland has fallen 5.3% over the year. We have more to do. But the Government’s policy of reducing the structural deficit is helping deliver a sustainable economic recovery and directly assisting young people into employment.
