Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what assessment he has made of trends in the level of the morale of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine since October 2022.

Ukraine's Armed Forces continue to inflict significant losses on Russian forces.
We assess that due to the extreme cold weather, lack of food, supplies and any kind of coherent command and control, morale amongst Russian military personnel continues to be generally awful.
